Craig Gradidge, Chairperson of the Investment Competency Committee of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa

Craig and Kagisho have worked in the financial services sector since 1996. They have experience at an operational, management and executive level in various companies. Craig holds a BCom Honours, MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, while Kagisho holds a BBusSc (Honours), MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. They co-founded Gradidge-Mahura Investments in 2008.

Craig serves as the Chairperson of the Investment Competency Committee of the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa. He has also served as Chairperson of the Finance and Operations sub-committee of Medshield and is a founding director of the Nsika Foundation.

Kagisho Mahura, Chairperson of the Financial Planning Institute for the Gauteng region

Kagisho served as Chairperson of the Financial Planning Institute for the Gauteng region, as well as on the board of a mid-tier asset management firm. He was MBA Student of the Year at Stellenbosch University in 2006. He and two colleagues won the NBMBAA annual case study competition competing against 26 other business schools in 2006 in Atlanta.

Gradidge-Mahura Investments is still the only Black owned FPI Approved Professional Practice in South Africa. In 2018 GMI won the prestigious Wealth Manager of the Year title together with People’s Choice as Top Wealth Manager, Top Wealth Manager for Lump Sum Investors, and Top Wealth Manager for Young Professionals.
