Naomi has a career that spans more than 20 years in various positions in the IDC (Industrial Development Co-operation), ranging from Client Care Administrator, to Senior Account Manager and Senior Associate. She has experience in deal development and deal structuring as well as in post investment transaction management. She is currently the Manager in the Pre-Investment Business Centre within the Industrial Development Corporation of SA (IDC).

Nirmala Reddy, Senior Manager Enterprise Development Business Banking at Nedbank

Nirmala is responsible for SME support and development within the enterprise development and supplier development space at Nedbank, including strategy and execution. Her exposure and experience across community development and the business arena has provided a valuable, insightful platform to her current sphere of SME, enterprise and supplier development.

Kumaran Padayachee, CEO of Spartan Financing

Kumaran Padayachee has been funding SMEs for the past 22 years and has intimate understanding & expertise in SME financing. He is CEO of Spartan SME Finance (Pty) Ltd, an independent financier that only focusses on SMEs. Spartan’s niche financing covers Growth Finance, Specialized Finance and Bridging Finance. Kumaran is a co-panellist on both the popular Big Small Business Show and the SME Funding Show on Business Day TV.

Litha Kutta, Enterprise and Supplier Development Director, Tiger Brands

Holds a Divisional Executive role as Director: Enterprise and Supplier Development at Tiger Brands, Africa’s largest Food Manufacturing company and the only food company in the JSE Top 40. Litha Kutta was brought in at Tiger Brands to setup its Enterprise Development portfolio, develop Tiger Brands ESD strategy, to transform Tiger Brand supply and value chain through re-engineering procurement strategies to unlock opportunities for black owned and black women owned supplier, develop ESD programmes to support black suppliers, farmers and distributors.

Bishen Morgan, Sustainability & Supplier Development Director, SAB InBev

Bishen is an experienced Director of Procurement with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. He is skilled in marketing management, product management, marketing strategy, and business strategy.

Leonah Mhlongo, Demand Manager, Sasol

Leonah has a wealth of experience within the supply chain departments of leading organisations such as Liberty Group and MTN South Africa. Over the past seven years she has become skilled in vendor preparation and management, demand management, strategic analysis of demand trends and procurement advisory. Leonah is well informed about opportunities in this specialist sector and will be able to provide entrepreneurs with insights on how to make the most of this space.
