Rali Mampeule, Top Real Estate Entrepreneur

Rali Mampeule is considered one of South Africa’s top black Real Estate Entrepreneurs.

His success in real estate investing has resulted in him being a coveted speaker at property conferences around South Africa.

In July this year Mampeule became the only SA member of Forbes’s Real Estate Council, a prestigious invitation-only community of real estate executives. That will give him the chance to network and collaborate with other real estate leaders from across the globe.

Mampeule started his career in 2000 as a self employed roadside hawker selling boerewors rolls, while studying through Unisa. It was there that he caught the attention of property mogul Charles Everitt who offered him a position as an assistant Real Estate agent at Chas Everitt International Property Group in Brynston, Johannesburg.

Fundi Mazibuko, Panel Facilitator

Hustle Queen Fundi Mazibuko, is a serial entrepreneur with great business exposure of working in corporate and public sector. Fundi has recently completed her MBA at Henley Business School all while running her businesses, being a mother of three and a wife. In recognition of her work, she has been awarded Business mover and shaker of the year (2013), was nominated for Entrepreneur of the year award 2016 and recently shortlisted to be a resident marketing expect on The Big, Small Business show on DSTV Chanell 412. Fundi She is the previous Gauteng chairperson of Woman’s Property Network, she has served on the SAPOA Conference Committee as well as the Property Charter council.

Carien Storm, Property Development advisor and dealmaker

Carien has more than 18 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry in deal making, development management, project management, facilities and portfolio management, due diligence, site selection and property advice and has held management positions at various listed funds.

She now assists property owners to unlock value and manage risks throughout the development process. Carien is passionate about connecting people, property and ideas.

Allan Nenguke, Development Head, Sandton Summit, Growthpoint Properties

Allan is the Head of Development, Sandton Summit at Growthpoint Properties. He has over 21 years’ experience in the Property Industry, in both the private and public sector. His career has seen him involved in various major developments in the Western Cape such as The V&A Waterfront, Canal Walk and many others.

In his previous role, Allan was a Director of MLC Quantity Surveyors based in the Cape Town Office.Allan holds a Bachelor of Science degree (hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town and is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) and also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
